4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, AutoTeamAI retains the rights to our core automation frameworks and underlying proprietary logic. Clients typically receive a non-exclusive license to use the custom implementations we build specifically for their business.
5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Our solutions utilize third-party Large Language Models. You acknowledge that AI can occasionally produce biased, incorrect, or incomplete information. It is your responsibility to review and validate the output of any automated systems we deploy.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoTeamAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business profits.
Working with AutoTeamAI implies acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect the evolving nature of AI technology and our business.
